A website that gets your
business
found, booked and paid.
I build fast, clean websites for local businesses. Live in about two weeks, easy to update yourself, and put together so people actually call, book, or walk in.
Some example sites
Examples built on our templates. The businesses are invented and the photos are stock; yours gets your own name, details and photos. Hover to scroll through a page, or click to open it.

Yours could be the next one.
Tell me what your business does and you get a price and a timeline within one working day, in writing.
Price yoursThree kinds of job
The site changes shape depending on what a visitor came to do.
They want the hours, the menu, and a table.
Everything else is decoration. The page opens with today's hours, one tap to book, and the menu one scroll down — no PDF that nobody can read on a phone.
- Hours you can change from your phone
- Menu as real text, so Google can read it
- Booking button wired to your existing system
They're standing in a flooded kitchen.
Nobody browses a plumber. The phone number is fixed to the bottom of the screen, the service area is spelled out in words people actually search, and the reviews sit just under the fold.
- Tap-to-call bar that never scrolls away
- A page per town you cover
- Google reviews pulled in automatically
They're deciding whether to trust you.
A first appointment is a leap. The site's job is the timetable, the person they'll actually meet, and what happens when they walk in — then a way to book that doesn't ask for a login.
- Timetable that stays current on its own
- Profiles worth reading
- Hands off to your booking platform
What you get
Everything below is part of the build. There is no bronze tier where the site is slow on purpose.
Designed for the phone first
Two thirds of your visitors are on a phone in a hurry. That's the screen the design starts on, not the one it gets squeezed onto.
Loads in about a second
Light pages, compressed images, no plugin pile-up. Fast sites keep people around, and Google notices too.
Set up to be found locally
Google Business Profile, map, service area, and the markup that puts your hours straight into search results.
Enquiries that reach you
Forms, click-to-call, WhatsApp or booking links — wired to your inbox and tested on a real device before launch.
You can edit it yourself
Hours, prices, photos and text sit behind a simple editor, so you are not emailing anyone to change a number.
Hosting and upkeep handled
Domain, SSL, backups and updates on a small monthly plan — or take the files and host them yourself. Your call.
Build your quote
Pick what fits. The number moves as you go, and you can send the whole thing to me in one click.
Fixed price, agreed before work starts. The estimate is a starting point, not a contract.
How a build runs
Four stages, roughly two weeks, and you're only needed for two of them.
Fifteen minutes, no slides
We talk about what the business does and what a visitor should do next. You get a fixed price the same day, in writing.
Questions I get asked
I already have a site. Can you fix it instead?
Often, yes. Send me the link and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or cheaper to rebuild. If a tune-up will do, that's a smaller job and a smaller invoice.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do — the domain, the content and the files. If you ever stop working with me, I hand everything over. Nothing is locked to a platform only I can get into.
What do you need from me?
Photos if you have them, your hours and services, and about an hour of your time in total.
Will it show up on Google?
Your business will be set up properly for local search — profile, map listing, hours, reviews and page structure. Ranking above every competitor isn't something anyone can promise, and I won't.
I got an email with a website already built. Is that real?
Yes. Before I write to anyone I build a working draft of their site from their photos, reviews and publicly available details, and put it on a link of mine — nothing touches the site you already have. It is free and there is no obligation. Most people never reply and that is completely fine. If you like it, we rework it however you want and then it goes live on your domain.
What does it cost, and when do I pay?
€399 once for a new site, €99 for a refresh of the one you have, and an optional €49 a month if you want me to host it and look after it. You get an invoice for everything. The build is paid when the site is finished and ready to go live on your domain — nothing before that.
What do changes and extra pages cost?
Nothing, before launch. Pages and sections, galleries, forms, maps, price lists, menus, reviews, text and photo changes are all in the price. I quote separately only for things that are a different product rather than a bigger website: a booking system with payments, an online shop, a customer portal, or an integration with your back-office software.
What is in the €49 a month?
Hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and the small changes as they come up — new prices, different opening hours, a new photo, an added service. Building the site is a separate one-off cost and is not part of the monthly fee.
Am I tied into anything?
No. Scope, price and timing are agreed in writing before anything starts, so you know what you are getting. There is no minimum term: cancel the monthly plan whenever you like, with no notice period and no explanation, and the site stays yours.
Tell me about the business.
A few lines is enough. I reply within one working day with a straight answer on scope, price and timing — and if a website isn't what you need right now, I'll say that too.
- No retainer, no lock-in
- Fixed price before work starts
- You keep everything at the end
